I focused on hitting productivity goals in two-week sprints, improving application processing efficiency while fostering a positive team environment. This success laid the groundwork for stronger team performance across the board.Title Administration: After a Reduction in Force, I took over a team with historically low engagement. Using Agile methods, I implemented a 10-week cross-training program that increased the team’s bandwidth by 40%, while also boosting Onboarding’s capacity by 30%. The result is a high-performing team with increased morale, now prepared for future advancement.Across these roles, I focus on building strong teams, improving cross-functional communication, and delivering measurable results—all while driving high-quality performance in a fast-paced environment.

Spearheaded efficient daily operations in conjunction with branch staff, which included bankers, tellers, and back office support. Played a key role in ensuring Service Representatives (bankers) had the tools necessary to meetmonthly sales goals.
