Responsible for managing the team who designs, develops and implements the tools, systems and infrastructure required to provide SaaS and NaaS offerings to Neptune Technology Groups utility customers. Also responsible for ensuring that the team and operating procedures meets SLAs determined by both the organization and customer contracts, and to work closely with the sales, marketing, software engineering and customer support groups. I also ensure that billing and costs are effectively managed for hosting and work with resources in Finance and Customer Service.

Provide management of all network resources and networking staff. My responsibilities include LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure management, VOIP system administration, and maintaining network security devices and applications. Duties also include management and support of IT network projects and managing the network staff. I am responsible for managing warranty information on PCs and servers and keeping maintenance and support contracts on all networking devices. I am also responsible for assisting in the creation of the yearly capital and operational budget for the IT Department as well as the administration of various software licenses and contracts. Currently in the process of developing a Business Continuity plan for the organization. I also serve as a co-administrator for the VMware virtual server environment. As needed, I serve as a technical resource in supporting various Neptune departments with technical issues and projects in the ongoing support of Neptune's business customers.
