As the Director of Information Technology at Payroll Solutions, Inc., I oversee all aspects of IT functions and staff, and research and implement new technologies to improve processes and enhance the client experience. I have more than 20 years of experience in Microsoft SQL server and Windows domain environments, and I am an expert in SQL database design and development, Visual Basic programming, and Crystal Reports.In my current role, I have implemented and improved processes that have helped triple the company size over the past eighteen years, and supported the payroll and accounting systems for over 2000 clients. I have also developed custom applications and solutions to automate tasks, optimize performance, and increase user satisfaction. My mission is to leverage my IT skills and knowledge to provide reliable, secure, and efficient payroll systems and services for our clients and partners.
