Current• Leads the end-to-end development of fully automated environmental control systems from concept to operations• Directs a multi-disciplinary team through the design, build, test and optimization of the systems • Conducts data analysis, rapidly assessing and resolving technical issues to solve engineering problems• Collaborates with software engineers to integrate computer operations into an embedded system sensor network• Developing an AI system with computer vision and machine learning to optimize and autonomously operate the system• Drove innovative design, material selection and system integration to optimize manufacturing processes• Led product teams in managing schedules, budgets and resources to alignment with project goals• Adapts engineering capacity and project plans to meet dynamic R&D demands and production schedules• Delivers effective presentations to garner support and secure investor funding• Works with suppliers to procure hardware, ensuring they met required quality and specifications
