"What does the data show you, and why does it matter?"-These were some of the first teachings from my mentor in analytics, to stretch my mindset from just looking at reports, to building visualizations and telling a better story with data.I have spent the last 7 years honing my skills as an analyst, and now as a Manager, in the analytics/insights space at Princess Cruises. · Responsible for providing analysis, insights and reports to monitor and track sales performance for Global Outbound Sales teams and Direct Sales teams across three regions (US, AU, UK) and 5 cruise line brands (Princess Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Seabourn, P&O Cruises). Conduct periodic reviews of urgent ad-hoc data extractions and summaries provided to management by Direct reports. Collaborate with direct reports to QA standard reports, correct anomalies and make recommendations for streamlining/automating reporting as needed. Oversee the accurate execution and analysis by direct report staff of daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports and follow-up analysis.
Senior Analyst, Consumer Sales
-Provide key analytical insight to maximize customer sales by analyzing & reporting on sales data & customer insights. -Support the development, user testing & maintenance of the lead management system for Outbound Sales Team. -Source, analyze & maintain lead data and analyze & report sales trends. -Provide directional insights to maximize lead conversion & yields while identifying sales process efficiencies-support segmentation & modeling needs for marketing campaigns & communicate with marketing as needed to ensure sales team needs/projects are executed. -Collaborate with the Director and Manager of Outbound Sales team to develop meaningful and comprehensive performance & process management tools and guidelines for Sales Teams. -Coordinate and execute sales campaigns, including segmentation, list preparation & analysis of results.
