Focus on volunteer management and leadership development. Foster and advance regional networks, affinity, and identity groups. Educate, engage, and excite students and young alumni to create a culture of engagement and philanthropy. Assessing growth opportunities for engagement, including military and veterans.

Worked to evaluate socio-economic co-benefits arising from GEF project implementation in Latin America and the Caribbean, using time series and cross-sectional analysis.

Managed a team of seventeen researchers conducting analytics projects for partner organizations using techniques including remote sensing, CNNs, Google Earth Engine, and machine learning to study a variety of topics including school performance, cropland yields, and migrant flows. Worked to connect geoLab members with opportunities to receive donor support for their research.

Worked in conjunction with the archeology team to provide over 200 maps of archeological resources throughout the park used for site condition assessments. Used reports from these assessments to update and maintain the park's over 400 entries in the Cultural Resources Inventory System.Created maps for infrastructure and permitting projects throughout the park, including a 300 million-dollar proposed project for the Colonial Parkway.Used GIS resources to aid in communication efforts with VA's tribal communities, specifically aimed at fostering co-stewardship efforts of culturally significant resources.Launched a pilot program to develop web applications to be used by all northeast region parks for earthwork condition monitoring.
