I'm James D. O’Dowd, a dedicated and driven student from Montville, New Jersey. Currently, I'm pursuing my higher education at Loyola University Maryland. My passion for building customer relationships and strong work ethic has led me to accumulate valuable work experience through part-time positions.I've served as an Administrative Assistant at both O'Dowd Transportation Co. and Town Planner, where I handled administrative tasks such as paperwork, phone calls, and office errands. During my high school years, I also took on the role of Front-End Coordinator at Marshalls, where I managed cash registers, ensured a satisfactory shopping experience for customers, and organized the sales floor. My commitment to excellence extended to a brief but impactful role as a Teller Float at Lakeland Bank, where I processed transactions, assisted customers, and helped set up new accounts.In terms of education, at Loyola University Maryland, I'm part of the Evergreen Counselor Trainee program and an active member of the Esports Club and the Honors Society. I also possess a range of skills in various software and applications, making me a versatile and valuable asset in the workplace.
