Provide commercial support to Vodafone through end to end management of the procurement process for high/medium risk, high/medium value procurement activity in the context of delivering effective controls as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): • Accessing the current contractual relationship in light of incumbent privacy legislation• Drafting and issuing commercial and data processing agreements• Negotiation of terms and interacting with key stakeholders in order to execute mutually agreeable contract terms• Drive a sustainable equitable procurement environment• Weekly reporting to the central governance body (Vodafone Procurement Company)• Foster strategic partnership• Supplier consolidation and vendor analysis
