Current•Oversight of full program lifecycle including proposal, negotiations, kickoff, planning, risk mitigation and monitor and control•Cross-functional leadership of matrixed team to deliver scope and meet customer expectations •Manage ~$40M in Compass Call Lifecycle Management (LCM) sustainment programs for the CEMA Business Area•Proactively planning for activities on current and future contracts, completing proposals for customers as RFPs are received•Actively and effectively managing risks and opportunities•Daily implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) and performing as Control Account Manager (CAM) on tasks•Set program direction of financial commitments for orders, sales, profit and cash flow•Responsible for completion of deliverables, on-time delivery and effective stakeholder management
