With over 15 years of experience in loyalty and customer relationship management (CRM), I am a passionate and driven leader who thrives on delivering innovative and impactful solutions for clients across various industries. I have a strong background in engineering and marketing technology, which enables me to understand the technical and business aspects of loyalty and CRM platforms. I had the P&L responsibility for $12.9M annual revenue, and I sold, built, and grew the #1 client in the company. Some of the major clients I worked with include Dell, Nestle-Purina, NASCAR, Sunoco, John Deere, Church’s Chicken, and Budweiser. I also played a key role in growing the startup from $600K in revenue annually to $10M in revenue annually, and in building a company of 52 employees from the 2 employees when I started. I leveraged my skills in manufacturing process improvement, marketing technology, and CRM to deliver customized and scalable loyalty and CRM solutions that met the needs and expectations of the clients. I also established and maintained strong relationships with the clients, partners, and stakeholders, and ensured the quality and timeliness of the projects.
