I also played a key role in growing the startup from $600K in revenue annually to $10M in revenue annually, and in building a company of 52 employees from the 2 employees when I started. I leveraged my skills in manufacturing process improvement, marketing technology, and CRM to deliver customized and scalable loyalty and CRM solutions that met the needs and expectations of the clients. I also established and maintained strong relationships with the clients, partners, and stakeholders, and ensured the quality and timeliness of the projects.
