I am enrolled at Texas A&M University pursuing an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which focuses on studying workplace behavior and improving organizations through evidence-based practices. I am passionate about organizational development and have experience with personnel analytics, instructional design, job analysis, data analysis, and project management.Throughout my professional experiences, I have worked to create innovative solutions to both external and internal issues. This process has involved managing projects and collaborating with multiple department heads to ensure deadlines meet customer expectations. Additionally, I have created multiple instructional documents to be utilized by teams to assist with new hire training and have personally trained multiple departments on the Freshdesk CRM system.
