About Justin Dowhower

I'm a registered architect and interior designer in Texas and have worked at several architecture firms on a broad array of project types. My project experience includes: residential, retail, corporate office, commercial, mission critical data centers, civic, healthcare, education and aviation.I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters of Science in Sustainable Design and received my NAAB-accredited Architecture degree from Iowa State University. My academic thesis focused on integrating sustainable design strategies and BIM technology, which I continue to hone and develop to this day.Among my achievements, I have been the recipient of several awards including an Autodesk, Inc. Research Scholarship, the Raymond W. & Evelyn J. McIlvain Scholarship, and the Michael J. Greenlee Architecture Scholarship. More recently, I've was nominated and accepted to participate in the AIA Dallas Emerging Leadership Program. My passion is driven by the desire to help people experience high-quality, context-driven, and ecologically conscious architecture that is born out of the creative design process. My goal is to continue the development and innovation of sustainable design and wellness practices in the built environment.
