During this time I produced multimedia projects for Sunshine Coast Tafe, Oxleys on the River, Holy Spirit Hospital Spring Hill and websites for Steve Parish Publishing, Holy Spirit Hospital Spring Hill and numerous small businesses. For all the projects all of the creative design, implementation, coding and debugging was done by myself and with each Job I gained invaluable knowledge of the entire creative process. A necessary part of this process involves tailoring custom solutions that match the client's needs and budget. Acting as both creative designer & developer, I provide a complete end to end solution. Recently I have switched to 100% CMS based web development, producing small and medium sized websites using Joomla and Wordpress.

Test Manager for Luminos Claims Management System Upgrade and Dynamics CRM Migration projects for Comcover.

• Manager Online Design involved designing websites in ASP & PHP for our commercial clients and our in house marketing department. These incorporated html, php, flash, javascript and database integration. The fast pace of the business meant that solid, well built, interactive and feature rich websites had to be delivered within a quick turnaround. I also designed and built all our online products, including animated banners in flash and any static and animated online products and marketing material. • I have also acted as second in charge of Busy Production Department which prints three papers a week as well as produces online products for our website. When Manager is away I have assumed all his duties which includes leading fifteen members of staff and making sure tight production deadlines are met and displays ads and online products are built in a timely and accurate manner.• Supported OS X Network. This involved troubleshoot all OS X related issues as well as maintaining the department’s OS X server. I was responsible for rolling out all software updates as well as using applescript to develop automated workflows to eliminate manual handling of repetitive tasks. The successful rollout of these custom solutions meant I had to fly interstate and roll these out to offices in Sydney and Melbourne. This involved script configuration for each state as well as presenting and training staff on the benefits and use of the system. • QA tester for flagship website. This involved writing and following existing test guidelines as well as ad-hoc testing and logging of defects in our centralised bug tracking system known as remedy. Any issues resolved are then assigned back to me for retesting and close off. • Training all designers in latest Software and OS X revisions. Part of this duty included attending seminars and presentations on emerging technologies and reporting back to the business on the benefits of upgrading both Apple Hardware and Software.

Troubleshooting all aspects of the Macintosh Operating System over the phone. Areas covered include Internet connection, printing problems, software conflicts, reinstalling system software and solving problems with a range of peripheral devices. I also provided Apple presales information to prospective customers over the phone. At Apple Australia I also completed a Macintosh Service Course which covered all aspects of repairing hardware issues with Macintosh computers.

Testing of pre-release Macintosh OS & Hardware, specifically dealing with multimedia, digital video and desktop publishing. This involved following test guidelines, test matrices as well as ad-hoc user acceptance testing and defect logging. * Team Lead for three major projects, responsibilities included drawing up test matrices, assigning work to team members, and various administration duties concerning the project. Projects included Avid Cinema, where I liaised between Apple Cork and Avid Technology, Inc. Responsible for all testing in the PAL video format. * At Apple I also authored and designed a complete in-house training CD-ROM. This extra project was completed on my own time using the facilities available, and incorporates QuickTime VR movies, QuickTime movies, links to the Internet, as well as written and audio media. * Also designed various press advertisements and corporate presentations, as well as teaching desktop publishing skills to fellow employees in the software-testing group.
