As Director of Operations, I managed large teams and directed activities for significant business segments, implementing continuous process improvements and enhancing customer service.**Lincoln Financial Group: Mastering Agile and Scrum**In 2015, I joined Lincoln Financial Group. Starting as an IT Project Manager, I quickly established a reputation for managing multiple projects efficiently. Promoted to Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, I led the flagship Payroll Services project, resulting in significant cost savings.As an IT Program Manager, I led the RPS eCommunications program, involving 120 resources and a $6 million budget.
