Strategically improving processes, systems, and structures to align with the Company’s long-term goals. I analyse the current business practices, identifying areas for improvement, then develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. I develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and budget forecasts. I collaborate with various stakeholders is essential to align transformation initiatives with our organisation’s objectives, ensuring that every change contributes positively to the company’s evolution and growth.I ensure that I conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and integrate findings into future initiatives for continuous improvement.Notable Projects:• SharePoint – Gaining an understanding of why the organisation wasn’t using SharePoint effectively through research, using data-driven recommendations to “relaunch” SharePoint with improved training and support, using change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new processes. • Emergency Definitions – Working with Senior Management to redefine “what is an emergency?” Writing the Company’s new emergency definition policy, communicating this with our Tenant’s, Local Councilors, and Internal Staff. This enabled the addition of a third “Planned (Cyclical)” Programme and a more effective use of our Trade Colleagues. • M3 (NATFED) Schedule of Rates – Replacing the existing “Bespoke” Schedule of Rates (SOR), with M3 (NATFED) Schedule of Rates. This involved mapping the existing SOR’s to the NATFED rates, testing and training to enable a way of benchmarking our Repairs Service against a National metric, whilst also ensuring our Trade Colleagues had enough time (SMV) to complete the repair “Right First Time”.• NEC Enterprise Project – Replacing our legacy IT Systems (First Touch, ROCC and DRS) with NEC’s “Enterprise Solution”. This involved establishing and maintaining relationships with NEC (an external vendor), working with their Consultants and Senior Manager’s to successfully design, and configure the modules to suit our departmental business needs. • Video Diagnostics – Trial of using Video Diagnostics to enhance the ability of getting the repair “Right First Time”, enabling the Call Centre and Trade Colleagues to visually see what the problem is rather than relying on verbal descriptions via our Customer Call Centre.
