I successfully implemented Splash, a brand new ticketing system developed in partnership with Splash, New York. Splash was introduced in order to manage the complex matrix of events associated with Biennale Opening Week. This was another international project that required complex stakeholder engagement and sensitive community management. -

Over a year in development, this website is an innovative and user-driven platform that serves as both an archive of Artspace's over twenty-year history, as well as a fully-programmable creative and publishing platform. -

I directly initiated Firstdraft's most comprehensive engagement with digital and social media to date, during which time our online audience grew by up to 300% over two years across all platforms, culminating in the co-conception and development of the organisation's first major new website in three years. In 2014, Firstdraft relocated to the emerging creative precinct of Woolloomooloo — its first significant shift in twenty years — involving a complex program of change management in which I and my fellow Board members were directly engaged.
