Assess billing/tracking and optimize information retention.

Provided strategy and leadership for bet-the-company/bet-the-franchise cases in patents, trade secrets, contracts, torts, and commercial issues. Led due-diligence attendant to billion-dollar acquisition of hundreds of patent assets.
