I am a Junior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee working towards a bachelor’s degree in business management, and a minor in sports management. I am a high achieving, detail-oriented worker who has excelled in every position I have held to this point, which has led to timely promotions in the past, notably at my previous role managing summer camp counselors at Lifetime Fitness. Relationship building with colleagues and superiors is also a strength of mine, evident by the multiple people I have successfully referred to work with me in my current position as a Student Representative for the University. My career goal is to work in a management role, where I can lead workforces, foster strong relationships with individuals from varying backgrounds, and shape positive company cultures. I am deeply interested in how cultivating a collaborative and comfortable work environment can drive employee satisfaction, and how this in turn can drive productivity and long-term organizational success. I look forward to opportunities in the business world to examine and modify employee-engagement models with the goal of driving production through increased employee satisfaction.
