With over 25 years of experience in quality assurance/engineering, I am passionate about delivering high-quality software products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations. I am a Certified Scrum Master and an expert in agile methodologies, SaaS applications, and test automation. I hold a Tier III ISTQB Certification, and am a registered proctor for Tiers I and IIAs the Director of Quality Engineering, I lead and manage teams of software quality assurance engineers and release engineers for a many different types of applications and games. I am responsible for building and optimizing the quality engineering strategy, processes, tools, and metrics that enable fast and reliable delivery of features and enhancements. I have successfully reduced release test time, automated release process, established high ROI toolsets and quality metrics, and presented regularly on the quality performance to the operations and executive teams.
