We are the analysts, specialists, programmers, coders, profilers, navigators and many other administrative professional staff at UC. We believe that by connecting with each other we can gain a greater voice in our work and take advantage of our legal rights. Our goal is to build a strong network that can effectively address work issues such as time off, workload, protection of our pension and health benefits, improved professional development opportunities, fair compensation and more. I provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Development and the direct reports at the School of the Medicine's, Health Science department at UCSF. I conduct administrative duties and correspondence that will play a key role in ensuring timely and professional development program assistance within the School of Medicine and work closely with staff, administrators and donors on major gift activities. In addition, I prepare reports to provide organizational analysis of unit resources in support of the overall effectiveness as appropriate. I have created innovative methods to streamline and organize priorities with competing objectives. I have a customer service approach that develops and creates firm relationships with staff, administrators and donors.

Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.Oversees managers working on client engagements within practice. Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction. Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projects. Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction. Integrates financial data for multiple projects. Compares financial data for practice to that of other practices and seeks ways to maximize revenue. Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects. Addresses elevated billing issues when they arise.
