Since 2019, I've been working to provide digital user support to learners and educators at all levels across the CAVC network, from providing user support with Microsoft 365, Canva and other digital systems, to developing engaging eLearning content for those across the organisation. But after what can only be described as a turbulent 5 years of supporting learners and educators through the transition of remote/hybrid working during any beyond the COVID pandemic, I am now looking for fresh and exciting new opportunities.I'm a strong believer in supporting and uplifting others, with experience of providing support in both education and third sector organisations. Some of my key interests tend to revolve around diversity, inclusion (particularly around LGBTQ+ issues) and health/accessibility.
