Excellent communication skills with the ability to read drawings with a good knowledge of general building and able to liaise with clients and other trades to achieve the best results. Accustomed to working under pressure to meet deadlines and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Works well individually or as part of a team, also leads a team of fixers which includes a tape & jointer, all CSCS card holders.
