Created a brand, that included the development of brand positioning, logos, website, social media, large scale events, and ads. Worked on creating teams that focus on event management, story writing, media, IT, and Logistics. Used the growth of the business to bring in business sponsors, both local shops and bars and national brands like McDonalds, where I helped create strategies together with them and led to them doubling their business on event days and providing millions of views to their brand. I created a brand where I focused on long term growth strategy down to individual execution working with multiple teams and partners along the way.
