- Managed Vendor Vault Services for the enterprise to include the vault reconcilement, general ledger, automated safe implementation and quality assurance functions for the outsourced vault network consisting of 86 sites - Managed the cash transportation network that supported 4,500 financial centers, 16,000 ATMs and 86 cash vaults. Responsibilities included supplier management, cash forecasting, cost control, sourcing, supplier payments, business continuity and network optimization - Identified and implemented transportation changes to support the complete outsourcing of the vault network that minimized cost while extending cash ordering deadlines. Project represented the largest vault outsourcing initiative in the financial services industry to date - Developed and implemented an armored transportation cost reduction and supplier risk mitigation strategy that included rate standardization, service optimization, supplier diversification, geographical contract grouping and RFP sequencing - Developed and implemented the transportation strategy to dismantle the ground courier and air charter network supporting the movement of checks due to the deployment of check imaging technology. The strategy mitigated risk associated with supplier revenue loss while eliminating over $50MM in ground courier and air charter spend - Led transportation efforts in a successful launch of a new product that negotiates and manages armored transportation for large corporate and government clients
