Leadership: setting the strategic direction and goals for the committee to activate. Proactively identifying &/or facilitating connections between members, other committees and teams across the enterprise.2. Oversight & shared ownership: overseeing the committee's activities and ensuring accountability and active participation from all members. Monitoring progress against the annual plan, celebrating wins and reporting back to the organization and our Executive Advisors.3. Facilitation: establishing meeting cadence and agendas; creating an environment where all voices are heard and decisions are made in a fair and democratic manner. 4. Representation: active presence within and outside the organization, championing its work and advocating for its interests. Show less
