Held responsibility for the establishment and operation of global shared services and center of excellence (~200 employees in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific). Supported the corporation with customer service and order management, planning, imports and exports, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, credit management, collections, cash application, travel and expense management, master data management, and oversight of all third party warehouses globally. Led various major initiatives in supply chain and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Led transitional services piece of antioxidant and pharmaceutical business divestiture. Built organizations and implemented processes resulting in significant improvements in performance and reduction in costs.

Start-up and operation of the Albemarle Shared Service Center in Budapest, Hungary.Post start-up:- 72 personnel performing the following roles: sales services, planning, imports/exports, credit, collections, general ledger accounting, treasury operations, travel & expense accounting, accounts payable, master data management, purchasing.
