Developed materials and procedures for onboarding and training. •Invested significantly in all stages of the hiring process: screened candidate resumes, conducted interviews, and worked with HR to create tools to effectively track status in hiring pipeline and action items.•Managed 20+ contract projects (up to 7 concurrently). •Developed and validated two panels intended for use as companion diagnostics for a key customer. Released validated assay products, and authored marketing materials, 2 white papers, and 2 scientific posters.•Served as project manager for two multi-site validation studies. Prepared study documentation, samples, and assay kits for shipment to testing labs, provided training, participated in interpretation, presentation of data.•Collaborated with key stakeholders to establish Design Control procedures for assay development products, leading MSD to obtain ISO 13485 Certification (2012). Led the first projects that followed the procedure fully.•Led the Neurodegeneration development and cross-departmental project teams. Established feasibility for 11 assays, prepared documentation for assay transfer to Manufacturing and to support product release. •Selected to lead a 4-person team to investigate, troubleshoot, and identify a path forward for production lots that did not meet acceptance criteria in QC release testing.
