Cultivating growth and empowering individuals and teams 🌱With over 15 years of experience in coaching and leading teams, I bring a wealth of expertise in fostering continuous improvement and embracing the agile mindset. Back in 2009 I started helping organizations incorporate agile methodologies, leading agile transformations, and building the necessary teams and knowledge to support organizational change. I led agile teams in tech companies like Typeform, where I leveraged my diverse background to cultivate high-performing teams.Before transitioning into coaching roles, I pursued research in computational acoustics and completed my PhD. This foundational experience provided me with a strong analytical background and a deep understanding of complex systems. During my early professional steps, I also worked as a software developer, gaining hands-on experience in building and implementing technical solutions.In 2015, I relocated for a couple of years to New Zealand to contribute to Fairfax Media. While there, I cultivated a strong agile mindset and evolved existing practices, while also immersing myself in learning from a different culture.Throughout my career, I've been committed to creating environments that prioritize self-organization. I firmly believe in the power of personal development and continuous feedback loops to drive organizational success.In 2018, I co-founded Sense On the Beach, transitioning to a broader focus on organizational growth consultancy. Our approach centered on collaborating closely with leaders, teams, and individuals to unlock organizational potential and enhance effectiveness. Some of the companies we worked with include quantilope, badi, Packlink, Wallbox, and Azolla.In 2023, I began working on BIMINDI, a platform designed to empower individuals to provide valuable feedback to others while receiving fair compensation for their expertise, thereby championing the importance of feedback and collective growth in society. We built BIMINDI from scratch, coding the entire idea into a fully-functional product and, a few months later, I co-founded the company. As a curious mind, I'm always seeking new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. Excited to continue this journey, exploring new avenues to empower teams and drive meaningful change.
