My years of experience starting 2000-2004 as a Pharmacy Technician for a small pharmacy in Frazeysburg to the hospital delivering meds and putting together IVs for patients. I wanted to further my education into the Healthcare world so I attended College at Zane State with an Associates degree in Applied Science as a COTA/L (Licensed/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) and President of class 2006. For 12 years I have had the enjoyment to work in a variety of treatment centers starting off in a hospital setting to nursing homes ending with home health. Wanting a change of pace I went back to college to pursue a dream in Real Estate acquiring my license in 2017 accepting a State job as a Highway Tech position with the goal to transfer into Real Estate. After 3 years and COVID I had to change my path in 2021 and begin a career in Office Management where I am currently at today working for a Family Owned Business as the Office Manager/Personal Assistant.The Skills that I have gained over the years are:*Medication Dispensing, Prescription Processing, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Medication Safety, IV medicine prep.*Patient Assessment and billing under HIPPA confidentiality, Rehabilitation Techniques, Treatment Planning, Assistive Device Training, Documentation.*Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Time Management, Detail-Oriented, Team Collaboration, Adaptability to Technology.*Tech Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Quickbooks, CRM for Advertising (Apparatix Media Solutions), AP/AR, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, detail oriented, proactive and able to anticipate needs, taking initiative to address them with detail and accuracy.I served as Airman First Class in the United States Air Force after graduation for a year in 1992 as a Combat Arms Instructor during Desert Storm.Last but Certainly not Least I am a mother, a grandmother, wife and sister that is the most special skill that means Everything to me.
