· · Manage Production Planning, Assembly, Fabrication, Distribution and Receiving departments to the manufacture of press and pre-press printing equipment· Create and control all operating budgets · Work with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement and Quality Assurance on the timely release of new products· Manage the continual improvement of process to minimize manpower requirements and improve productivity· Team leader for the implementation and training of a new operating system (JBA).· Team champion for the implementation of Lean/Kan Ban concepts throughout all manufacturing and procurement to reduce WIP inventory by 63% and improved productivity to 93%· Conduct annual inventory (with an average inventory accuracy of 99.87% over 1 million dollar inventory).
