Main responsibilities and achievements include: Introducing companies and marketing agencies to new technologies such as Virtual and Augmented Reality and their capabilities and limitations. Quotation and scheduling for XR/app/animation content development, coordination or management of the project’s production, holding meetings with clients for feedback and improvement. Budget and quotation for the projects’ respective XR activations locally or internationally, ensuring the correct implementation of the technology for final delivery. Represented the company at international markets and congresses. Played a key role in helping the company grow five times in size and be named one of Peru’s most innovative companies in 2017 and 2018 by PromPeru.

Production Coordinator for the Shading Department for "Condorito La Película" (2017). Main responsibilities included: Coordinating and scheduling tasks for a team of 8 lookdev artists, prioritizing sequences assets as the production plan shifted, collaborating with the Scene Composing Supervisor to deliver assets as most advantageous for the pipeline, scheduling internal reviews and keeping the status of all assets up to date.

Joined Aronnax in 2011 for feature film "Los Ilusionautas" (2012), stayed as part of the core team for the following 4 years, working on both CG and VFX productions, covering areas such as lighting, shading, rendering, scene setup, stereoscopy & 3d camera tracking. Promoted to Project Coordinator responsible for Magic Leap's art outsourcing project in 2015, managing groups of 4-10 artists in building CG and realtime assets for ML's Mixed Reality platform and cinematics. Attended meetings at their HQ in Florida during 2015 and 2016.
