I serve as an assistant professor at the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy in the Department of Distance Education. In this capacity I lead, educate, counsel, and mentor 143 Senior Noncommissioned Officers from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and Allied Military Partners while facilitating 407 hours of graduate-level military instruction each year.
