I create presentations the PMs use to inform peers, the public, and Congress, and I personally brief key fleet stakeholders, including flag officers and group commanders. As an assistant program manager, I direct research efforts by performer teams in the Defense Department, at universities, and in private industry. I manage $10 million in Congressional research and development funding to support those efforts. I keep cost, schedule, and performance aligned to program office needs and fleet objectives.
