Organized contact information and survey result data.- Conducted personal interviews with policy professionals to better understand the needs throughout the state and how policy can be implemented to meet them.- Attended and participated in weekly policy team meetings that included upper level management.- The project’s end goal is to send policy recommendations to the state for changes to policy for housing counseling.
