CurrentCurrent: Incident Manager• Manages incidents across all platforms as they occur leading the process to restore services as quickly as possible• Facilitates and implements Root Cause Analysis findings to prevent incidents from reoccurringChange Manager• Manage change request by deconflicting across the company• Leads the Change Advisory Board (CAB) along with moving emergency changes through leadership when changes are necessary outside of normal windows.Disaster Recovery ManagerScrum MasterPrevious:Program Manager (Dynamo)• Work with leadership to stand-up and lead a cross functional team that proactively identifies then removes roadblocks to customer success.
