Identified, collected, analyzed and stored select information into database and report formats for faculty and student reference. Technographer at over 50 workshops at the OSD senior leadership level. Researched subject matter materials in support of faculty requests. Completed a special research project for the Senate Armed Services Committee on the subject of acquisition and defense conversion.Administrative duties included reviewing, proofreading, editing and producing technical reports, end-of-course evaluations, executive correspondence, charts and other written course materials. Assembled and disassembled the 4-week course classroom and homerooms with student supplies, laptops, course materials. Guided student course registration, facilitated student housing arrangements, student classroom schedules, 4-week course academic schedules, faculty schedules, guest speaker schedules, and bi-weekly student social events. Interacted with Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) senior leadership, flag officers, foreign dignitaries, top Congressional staff officials and executives of private sector organizations.
