Applying cutting-edge machine learning models to simulate digital genetic perturbations, integrating multi-omics data for insights into molecular repercussions for diseases and treatments2. Establishing a systematic computational framework by benchmarking algorithmic parameters on spatial transcriptomics to optimise performance and accuracy of bioinformatics pipelines3. Mastered Unix/Linux commands, Conda, and GitHub for version control, supporting collaborative and reproducible research practices to advance computational workflows

MorphoPHEN is a one-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master, that combines the excellence and expertise of four leading European institutions: the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), the University of Naples Federico II (UNINA), the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), and the University of Lisbon (ULISBOA). It brings knowledge on the four main branches necessary to analyze the morphology of mouse disease models: Anatomy and Embryology, Pathology, Imaging and Deep learning.
