Responsible for managing the planning and implementation of the City of Philadelphia's internship and fellowship programs, including the Mayor's Internship Program. These internship opportunities provide transformative paid work experience and professional development for students from a diversity of backgrounds and interests and maintain a pipeline to full-time employment in the City.

Responsible for providing leadership and guidance on diversity and inclusion across the organization including developing and implementing a strategic plan, D&I policies and compliance, training design, and managing a geographically dispersed team overseeing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies at fifteen sites nationwide.
