For starters i am bilingual in both English and Creole. I am certified in all of the following: CPR, OSHA, PPE, Nursing, and Med Tech. I have my class D security license. I have over five years of customer service/ customer relation experience. More than five years of retail experience to go along with more than two years of receptionist work. Though I did not include it in my work experience I have work in telemarketing before. So I do have experience in inbound/outbound calling. I have about 1-2 years of experience in security. I am qualified from work in retail, security, and offices as well. All in all I have a vast amount of experience in different fields.
