With over 25 years of experience, Jean E. Bailey has served as underwriting council for both an independent title insurance agent and a title insurance underwriter throughout her career. She has compiled extensive experience in the examination of land titles, abstract and examination guidelines, title processes and protocols, risk evaluation, real estate, probate, entity and other state law, and land development. Additionally, she has formulated company guidelines and policies for examination, escrow and closing/post-closing departments.A dedicated, passionate and highly knowledgeable professional, Jean is an integral part of the Alliant National team, providing invaluable support in issuing underwriting decisions, drafting guidelines for examination and underwriting, and analyzing risk in title transactions. With the rest of the Alliant National team, Jean works tirelessly to ensure that the organization makes progress toward its mission of being the premier independent underwriter for the independent agent.
