I had to lead:● Managing a complete production line business in a customer's new building:     -> Implementation of the preliminary design elements (forecast budgets, planning of the study / manufacture & installation)     -> Supervision of the various partners during the study and installation according to the schedule and the budget     -> Design of technical elements (P&ID plan, automation, HMI, electrical diagram)     -> Realization of equipment purchases     -> Manufacturing supervision, installation and customer training     -> Feedback at the end of the project (study of the real budget, standardization to increase the efficiency)● Supervision of sending, installation and commissioning of a special machine abroad:     -> Establishment of the planning and budget for the "intervention" part     -> Management of partners for sending by 2 containers to Martinique (french island)     -> Installation of the machine on site according to the design of the study (a surface treatment for aluminum parts, an oven, a powder coating booth, an overhead conveyor)     -> Initiation and training for the customer, with deliverables for monitoring and continuous improvement.● Sending and implementation of a metallization line in New York, USA:     -> Establishment of benchmarks according to the floor plan     -> Setting up the line, according to the customer needs     -> On-site customer management● Standardization of technical systems:     -> Implementation of automatic data management programs     -> Improvement of the measurement process (simplification of the instrumentation set up)     -> Realization of new programs for HMI (Tabbed interface, simplification for a more intuitive use)● Creation of databases for managing customer problems:     -> Problems classified by clients in an ACCESS database, transmissible by mails     -> Management of problem solving progress     -> Follow-up of the actions carried out for the experience feedback
