Activity: Sales activities of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts for Conventional Island of nuclear power plants (Sales up to 1 600 M€)- Business development: market analysis, commercial and technical organization to tender: from pre-qualification dossier to hand over to project execution team. Proposals budget follow up and participation to Business plan.- Follow-up and management of proposals, from opportunity identification to hand over to project execution team: interface, costing team management (~30p). Follow up of the project execution organisation and risk analysis. Set up of commercial strategy, strategic partnerships (JV, consortiums…). Analysis and follow up of contractual, financial, tax and sales matters. - Negotiation of EPC contracts and proposals with or without financings. Follow-up of contractual matters according to objectives, Partners, Customers and risks.Main projects: Jaitapur & Kakrapar (India), Thyspunt / Koeberg (RSA), OL4 (Finland), Darlington (Canada), North Anna (US), Ningde - Fang Jia Shan - Fuquin (China)…
