French Navy senior manager, directing high graduated people of complex military ships worldwide at sea. As main director of two of them , with fifty people crewmembers, I was active part of underwater researches: after sinking or to improve science about sea bottom. Thanks to this experience, I got a great knowledge of the maritime world's rules and constraints . I'm proud to succeed in such demanding environment.
