Managing pop up stores throughout the country in malls and vacant spaces.

On being given the role of Manager I was asked to take a loss making store with a fractured team and turn it around. In the 4 years I was at Whitcoulls Rotorua I managed to do what I had been asked, growing team members and instilling pride and a sense of purpose.

Started as a full time team member after owning and operating my own cafe for five years. Accepted into the Leadership Training Program and gained the position of Floor Manager Fashion.
