Based on my experience, time is the most valuable asset an individual has because it cannot be purchased, re-used, nor lengthen. Everyone has the same amount of time in a day, but the way it is managed and utilized determines how success is achieved. I am an individual who has excelled in the art of time management since I entered the workforce at the age of 16. In my lifetime, I have been able to balance a job while attending school and maintaining great academic standing while enrolled. Time management plays a key role in my success and has allowed me to advance far in the workforce while earning an Electrical Engineering degree in the process. This is why I believe that we should manage the time in the most efficient and effective way to reach the highest level of success. During the past years, I have become a highly resourceful, efficient, and organized individual who is enthusiastic to take on any leadership role, while also having a track record of problem-solving and team-work to establish systems increasing office efficiency. I have taken several roles in different areas of expertise in order to learn all aspects of how a particular company operates.Overall, learning and implementing and effective time management strategies played a vital role in my professional achievements. Working with cohesive teams helped me to enhance my communication skills and strengthen my ability to work in collaboration with other team members. I do believe working in cohesive teams while managing time correctly, we all can achieve the highest level of success.
