Under the supervision of the director of operations of my group, I work in collaboration with the inspectors and the office agents in certification. My duties also include :• Ensure the proper implementation of the certification programs under my responsibility, as well as the adequacy of the certification protocols, according to market needs, internal requirements or applicable accreditation.• Ensure the general management of client files, including the processing of any changes that affect the certification of products, processes and services of companies.• Develop new or revised certification protocols assigned to me in accordance with BNQ procedures.• Represent my programs during SCC or other accreditors' audits.• Assist the Business Development Department and the Quality Manager in their work.• Assist the Director of Operations in the implementation of actions to improve the cost effectiveness of the programs.• Define and submit for approval by the Director of Operations the requirements for the competency and recognition process of the persons involved in the certification process (internal and external), for each of the programs under my responsibility.• Participate in the recruitment of internal inspectors, perform the recruitment of subcontracted inspectors, prepare subcontracts and approve corresponding invoices; based on established criteria, recommend to the Director of Operations the disqualification of an internal or subcontracted inspector.• Facilitate and ensure the smooth running of committee activities related to my programs under the supervision of the Operations Manager.• Act as the main resource person for internal and subcontracted inspectors for the management of complex or unusual situations that may arise during an inspection visit and for any technical question related to the rules and requirements of the programs.• Ensure the drafting of service contracts with companies and participate in promotional and marketing activities, if required.• Participate, in collaboration with the Quality Manager, in the follow-up of non-conforming services, events and complaints and in the drafting and revision of quality documentation.• Participate in BNQ committees where my presence is required
