I love seeing how training transforms my clients lives into what they want for themselves. I meet clients where they stand on their road to fitness and plan workouts to help them achieve their goals, whether they are new to fitness, getting back on track, or are very fit and seeking a new challenge. Each of my clients can expect a truly personal training experience meaning that what we do will be based on their goals. I assess strength in each plane of motion, look at flexibility and mobility, and review body composition. Clients can expect nutritional guidance, conditioning support, and a full strength training program with flexibility and mobility incorporated. Because the client’s goals are the center of the workout regular communication, body fat percentage, and measurements will be taken.
