As a Maintenance Worker at Société de transport de Montréal (STM) since Oct 2018, I contribute to the safety and efficiency of the public transit system by performing various tasks such as repairing, cleaning, and inspecting the vehicles and equipment. I also provide excellent customer service to the passengers and the staff, resolving issues and answering questions with professionalism and courtesy.I have a strong background in economics, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from Université de Montréal in 2016. I also worked as a Financial Security Advisor at iA Financial Group and a Sales Representative at Park Avenue Honda, where I developed skills in research, management, prospecting, and sales. Currently, I am pursuing a Certificate in Cybersecurity from Polytechnique Montréal, to enhance my knowledge and skills in this emerging and vital field. I am motivated by learning new things, solving problems, and providing value to the society.
