In this role, I lead a high-performing team of 16 Beauty Sales Specialists in the enhancement of every client interaction and securement of aggressive corporate sales targets for a luxury retail location that generates $3.5M+ in annual revenue. ▪ I consistently obtain 100% of event and seasonal targeted sales objectives. ▪ Pivotal in the launch of 3 separate in-store luxury vendors, I partnered closely with makeup brands to build and execute a successful launch. ▪ Implemented an innovative pilot program for zoned staffing that resulted in 10% sales growth across vendors.▪ I energetically direct new hire training concerning Saks First Beauty Program that fosters high-level rankings for reward redemptions, surpassing key flagship stores and standing 16th out of 40 locations nationally. ▪ I am passionate about motivating individual staff growth.
