UNESCO-UNEVOC is UNESCO’s center in charge of promoting technical education and training worldwide. At the Institut français, I helped with the day-to-day management of the institution. The Institut français hosted every week several events around french culture (conferences, art exhibitions, public readings, movie nights etc.), whose logistical support took most of my time. I also contributed the re-organisation of the library, and as assistant to the director, worked on the writing of diplomatic memos and public statements. This experience helped me increase my organisational skills, and allow me to handle a big database (10,000+ entries of the library) for the first time - an experience that would prove useful when dealing with online services later on.
